Collective Doulas are all independent practitioners who share a set of values and commitments. All Collective doulas are MassHealth doula providers, CPR certified, carry liability insurance, and adhere to the highest level of professional and ethical standards.

Emma Lanza, CPSC, PCD
Emma is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Certified Postpartum Doula serving families in person across the Mid-Cape and virtually throughout the Cape. Born in France and fluent in French, Emma brings warmth and a culturally aware perceptive to her work.
Her passion lies in perinatal mental health and exploring the profound ways that sleep shapes a family's emotional well-being. Emma approaches every family with a whole-picture philosophy —supporting not only sleep and postpartum recovery, but also helping parents access the resources, services, and community connections that can meaningfully improve their daily lives.
When she’s not supporting families, Emma is a mom of three who can usually be found knitting, reading, or tending to her garden.

Becky Fischer, MA, CLC, ALC, PCD (DONA), PMH-C
Becky is a former Mental Health Therapist with 12 years of clinical experience who now specializes in perinatal care. She is a DONA-certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, Advanced Lactation Consultant, and Perinatal Mental Health–Certified professional.
She supports families from Dennis to Provincetown, offering primarily in-home care with virtual visits available. Her specialties include child development, maternal wellness, and infant feeding.
Becky is a Cape Cod mom of three young adults. When not supporting families, she enjoys her Portuguese Water Dogs, walking in the woods, practicing yoga, and cheering on the Red Sox and Celtics with her husband.

Carol Gonzalez, LPN, CD
Carol is a Certified Full Spectrum Doula, Certified Medical Interpreter, and longtime nurse who brings over two decades of caregiving experience to the families she serves. Born in Puerto Rico and fluent in Spanish, she offers both in-person support throughout Barnstable County and virtual services Cape-wide. Carol’s guiding phrase—“looking out for mom as she mothers her new baby”—beautifully captures the heart of her work.
Her passion is supporting Spanish-speaking families with culturally attuned, accessible care throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Carol believes in meeting people where they are, listening with intention, and helping families feel seen, understood, and supported. With experience caring for some of the region’s most vulnerable neighbors since 1998, she brings steady compassion and a whole-picture approach to every family she serves.
Outside of her professional work, Carol is a mom of two—her son being a resilient 24-week preemie—and she deeply understands the complexities of early parenthood. In her spare time, she enjoys painting and drawing, finding creativity and calm in her art.

Emily Goodman-Simeone, LICSW, CD(DONA), PMH-C, CLC
Emily is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and DONA-certified Birth Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Perinatal Mental Health-Certified professional.
She has supported women, mothers, children, and families working in the mental health, substance abuse, non-profit, and education fields.
As a doula, she provides both in-person and virtual services on the Souh Shore and Upper Cape. Therapy services are provided virtually for mothers across the state.
In her spare time, Emily can be found enjoying her family, on the tennis court, or spending time with her two spunky pet goats, who keep her laughing and grounded.

Carlie Grob, PCD
As a certified Health Coach, Private Chef, Yoga teacher, Innate Postpartum Care Practitioner and Postpartum Doula, Carlie brings a wide spectrum of modalities and tending to the families she serves.
Through her own portal into motherhood and informed by extensive training in whole being wellness, she is most eager to show up for new mammas and families during their own sacred transition into parenthood. She believes profound nurture, loving care, nutritiously dense food and deep rest for the mother is foundational for the wellbeing of baby and the family unit as a whole.

Fernanda Price, CD
Fernanda is a certified Postpartum Doula who is currently working toward her birth doula certification and brings a warm, grounded presence to the families she serves. As a mother of two, she offers deeply personal, compassionate support during one of life’s most transformative seasons.
Born and raised in Brazil, Fernanda is fluent in both English and Portuguese. Her specialties include postpartum care, maternal wellness, and culturally responsive family support.
She is also a certified comprehensive Pilates instructor with a passion for helping women feel strong, supported, and connected to their bodies. When she’s not supporting families, she enjoys learning about health and wellness, spending time with her children, and bringing laughter into her home through movement and connection.
