Cape Cod Community-Based Doula Support

Our collective offers prenatal, birth, and postpartum doula support for clients who are covered by MassHealth. This benefit includes support during labor and delivery, as well as up to eight (8) hours of visits during pregnancy and the 12 months following pregnancy. These services are available for all pregnancy outcomes and for members who are the adoptive parent of an infant under one year of age. Benefits are subject to MassHealth coverage guidelines and limitations.

Our collective includes a certified pediatric sleep consultant who offers gentle, evidence-based guidance to help you and your baby get more rest. Whether you’re navigating newborn sleep, frequent night wakings, or establishing healthy routines, we provide compassionate, realistic support tailored to your family’s values and your child’s developmental stage.

Our collective connects you with experienced lactation professionals who provide compassionate, evidence-based support to help you feed your baby with comfort and confidence. Together we’ll promote pain-free feeding, healthy weight gain, and a thriving parent–baby team.

Common topics include latch assessment, feeding cues, pumping tips, and supplementation.

Our collective includes doulas who are specifically trained and certified in perinatal mental health, offering compassionate, knowledgeable support throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period. We also work alongside licensed therapists within our network and maintain an extensive referral system to connect you with trusted mental health providers whenever additional care is needed — so you feel supported, resourced, and never alone.
